Believe it or not sometimes our rivers actually have water in it and not just rocks and dirt! It rained and rained and rained around Christmas time and this is what the Agua Fria river looks like with water in it. I wonder sometimes if people new to the valley wonder why we have these huge bridges over dirt instead of a road just down through it. Well this is why. And I saw this a few days after peak water flow. It did have even more water in it at one time that week. Bear thought it was absolutely fascinating and he also loved the heart shaped dirt in the river. You can see it in the upper right corner.
