We had a deep freeze a few weeks ago and picked all of our fruit one cold and very windy night to save it all from the freeze. This was our harvest (we had already given a away and consumed quite a bit) So we got to juice and juice and juice or and did I mention juice? I now have a freezer full of juice. Gotta love a years supply of citrus juice from your own trees! Grapefruit and lemon. Our orange tree although planted at the same time is pathetic and has produced one orange in 7 years. Sigh. Here are some pics of wild child helping juice. He LOVES it and took more than his fair share of turns. I was glad to have a willing helper! So cute.
