Cake Mix Cookies

So I have had a lot of requests for this recipe lately.  It is the easiest thing to make and are great when you need cookies fast. 

Cake Mix Cookies
1 box cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c vegtable oil
rasins, chocolate chips, nuts etc (optional) - depends on flavor of cake mix

Mix well until batter has no lumps.  No mixer needed, easy to do by hand.   Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.  Do not overbake. 

The ones above are made with Devils Food cake mix, mini semi sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and toffee bits. 

You can also add 1/4 tsp of flavoring such as mint or orange or almond.  It is also really good to do chocolate  oragne cookies - use chocolate cake mix, roll into a ball and roll into a mixture of sugar and orange zest.
