The Monday after Thanksgiving we talk about Christmas and why we celebrate it. And then we decorate our tree. We were blessed this year with Grandma and Great Grandma joining us. G Grandma is staying through Christmas. We feel so blessed!

Bam Beana was so excited she was tall enough to do the star this year.
Our ornaments- the birdhouses are Mike's own design, Mike and I made the garland and the stars are hand painted. The rest are store bought. But I love the handmade feel the tree has. It would look better on a real tree but I can never keep those alive!
When we were done we had hot chocolate and peppermint brownies and watched How the Grinch Stole Christmas. I love this time of year!
